Sales Lead (Part Time)
Rumble Boxing Montvale is a cutting-edge group fitness studio dedicated to transforming lives through innovative workout programs and a supportive community. We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and fuel our studio's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership targets
- Conduct engaging studio tours, showcasing our facilities and programs to potential members
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Implement effective follow-up systems to nurture leads and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and account activity in our CRM system
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote the studio
- Contribute to the development of new membership packages and promotions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or service industry
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Resilient and able to handle objections professionally
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
